Return Policy
We always encourage our customers to contact us prior to send a purchased item back.
If you are dissatisfied with our product(s) for any reason, you may return them to us in their best condition, with original accessories and packaging within the first 30 days of receiving your order. Please inform us before returning the item so that we are aware of your return.
- Any claims made after 30 days will not be entitled to replacement or full refund.
- Items sold in clearance sale are not eligible for return.
- Items that are not returned with original materials, may not be eligible a full refund.
Free returns: Return cost of only the items that are unwashed, not as per order (wrong items), damaged, different material than described, or defective will be paid by us.
Customer will pay the return cost in case of change of mind, ordered by mistake, not as expected or any other reason that is not mentioned under the free returns section above.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive returned item(s) you posted on your own. So, we suggest using a tracked service and keeping proof of shipping.
Once we receive your returned item(s), the inspection may take 2 business days. After that, we will let you know if you are eligible for a full refund, replacement or a partial refund.
The replacement delivery or refund process may take up to 5 business days after we have completed the inspection.
